3.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be paid at the time of booking.

3.4 Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in additional charges or legal action.
4.1 Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment date.
4.2 Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the confirmed appointment date will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
4.3 Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to additional charges.
5.1 Limitation of Liability: The Right Carpet Clean Limited is not liable for any damages to your property, except where such damage is caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
5.2 Pre-existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions that may be exacerbated by our services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any fragile or valuable items that require special attention.
5.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Right Carpet Clean Limited, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
6.1 Compliance: We adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.
6.2 Client Responsibilities: You must ensure that the areas to be cleaned are free of hazards and accessible to our cleaning team. This includes securing pets and removing obstacles.
7.1 Professional Standards: The Right Carpet Clean Limited uses professional-grade equipment and cleaning materials to provide high-quality services.
7.2 Substitutions: We reserve the right to make changes to the equipment and materials used based on availability and suitability for the job.
8.1 Feedback: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
8.2 Resolution: We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues to your satisfaction. This may include re-cleaning the affected areas or other appropriate remedies.
